Honeydew Labs LLC operates Octi. This notice describes this marketing website and inquiries sent to help@menutime.app. Restaurant ordering and account services have their own privacy notices on those services.

Your visit and the product preview

The walkthrough runs in your browser with fictional order data. Choices made in it are temporary and are not submitted as real orders. This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or account sign-in, and it does not set application cookies or store walkthrough choices after a reload.

When a website is served, its hosting provider can process technical connection information such as your IP address and requested pages to deliver the site and maintain security.

The demo request form

Details you enter stay in the page until you prepare an email draft. The form opens your email application with those details filled in; it does not send them to a website endpoint or save them after a reload. You choose whether to send the email. Your email application may retain the draft under its own settings.

When you email us

Email links open your email application. If you choose to send an email, we receive the address and information you include and use them to respond, arrange a demo, provide support, or handle your request. Email service providers process messages to deliver that correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive customer records.

Retention and your requests

We retain inquiry information as needed to respond and manage the relationship, and to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your inquiry information, contact help@menutime.app. Applicable law may provide additional rights, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements.
